The attempted robbery at the clinic occurred at approximately 3:30 p.m. and the security guard was shot numerous times and died during the incident. There were several criminal arrests by police in the scene in the area and the LAPD Wilshire Homicide Unit Detective Frank Carrillo stated that the people that were arrested are not being referred to as suspects but are people of interest.
One witness has been identified as Jess McKay age 25 who was driving on South La Brea and heard two loud pops and then saw three men at the door of the clinic and then heard another six shots. Agents of the FBI arrested a Denver woman who has been identified as Terrice Gay Hutchinson after calling in a bomb threat to Southwest Airlines.
According to reports the agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigations arrested Hutchinson after she had called Southwest Airlines and reported that her husband who was a passenger on a flight from Denver to Las Vegas was carrying a bomb.
Southwest was able to investigate the threat and find it was unfounded without delaying the flight or disrupting any other flights.
Hutchinson made an appearance where she was explained the charges against her and is due in court for a scheduled appearance later in the month for a detention hearing.
June 16, 2008 Hutchinson was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury alleging that April 17, 2008 she placed a call to Southwest Airlines stating that her husband had a bomb. She went on to state that he intended to blow up the plane. The golden state apparently does not have driving-while-drugged standards since their is a major lack of research studies. A new documentary paints tells the sordid tale that is known as illegal immigration along our border with Mexico.
The movie “Border” premiered a couple of months ago at the Liberty Film Festival and is now starting to recieve national attention.

According to an article in Yahoo News and other outlets, Over 500,000 products made in China were recalled today, including “Pirates of the Caribbean” and Baby Einstein toys, since they contain hazardous amounts of lead in them.

According to Yahoo News, O.J. Simpson has to fork over his Rolex watch and other possesions for a judgment which found him liable for the deaths of his ex-wife and her friend Ronald Goldman, a judge ruled today.
Any future royalties from a sports video game featuring Simpson must likewise be turned over to Goldman’s father, Fred Goldman.
In addition, Simpson has to give up the memorabilia items that were taken by the Las Vegas authorities that are found to be legally his.
His lawyer Yale Galanter was in court and not available for comment right away, according to the report.
Goldman was not in court for this ruling so no comments were forthcoming.

In late 1995, for example 72% of white respondents stated that Simpson was guilty of murder, and seventy-four percent say they feel that way at this point in time.

Aren’t I a smug blogger? According to several online entertainment news sources including the E! News network,
a Wake County judge today sentenced the entertainer known as Uncle Kracker to one year’s probation, fined him $1,500 and also ordered him to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Authorilyties claimed that Matthew Shafer (his real name), put his hand up a female patron’s skirt at a nightclub. She then slapped him, he slapped her back, and she later reported his behavior to an off-duty cop, apparently.
The Authorities then hunted him down to his hotel where they proceeded to arrest him.
He initial achieved fame working the turntables for childhood friend and Rocker Kid Rock. Then in 2000 he released his own album called Double Wide which had a hit and sold over two million copies.
His attorney fees should cut into a lot of those profits, I would imagine.
In any event, Kracker eventually left Rock’s group in 2002 and then released the country & blues tinged ‘No Stranger to Shame’, which was followed by ‘Seventy Two and Sunny’. In addition, he managed to score a country hit with “When the Sun Goes Down”.
That particular duet also featured singer Kenny Chesney.
